Baxter New Zealand is currently trading via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) with several of its key trading partners. |
Due to the significant number and variety of systems in use by Baxter's trading partners Baxter New Zealand has chosen Pacific Commerce and Tranzsoft to provide any-to-any data translation services. This partnership ensures low set-up and transactional costs for both the supplier and buyer sides of the EDI equation.
Baxter is able to send and receive a variety of EDI messages including receiving customer purchase orders and sending customers purchase order acknowledgements. In the future Baxter plans to be able to provide shipping advice and invoices via EDI.
